The Harvest Is Ready: Twelve Years of Fruit — and Why Now Is the Time to Partner
From two people with coffee in 2014 to 20+ weekly outreach teams, 12 city groups and a festival where 70+ people said yes to Jesus. The fruit so far — and how to partner in what comes next.
Since 2014, Daniel & Katie Ziedins' ministry has grown from two people praying on Hamilton streets into 20+ weekly outreach teams, Love on The World groups in 12 cities praying for 36 nations, and the Jesus Festival, where early reports from 2026 count 70+ salvations and 50+ baptisms. They serve through e3 Canada, and you can partner by praying, joining a city group, and giving monthly through KD-Ziedins.com.
In 2014 there was no ministry. There were two people, two cups of coffee, and one question on a cold Hamilton sidewalk: “Can we pray with you for anything?” This is what God has done with that question — and why the next season needs you in it.
“Don't you have a saying, 'It's still four months until harvest'? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.”
John 4:35 (NIV)
Jesus never told His disciples the harvest was coming someday. He told them to lift their eyes and look — it was already there. Twelve years on the streets have taught Daniel & Katie Ziedins the same thing. The hunger is real. The doors are open. People are saying yes. What limits the harvest is never God's willingness; it is the number of labourers and the resources that send them.
The fruit so far
Numbers never tell the whole story — every one of them is a person with a name, a family and a future. But fruit is meant to be seen (John 15:8), so here is what faithfulness has produced. Every figure links to where it was published.
Seventy people stepped from death to life in one weekend in one park. Fifty went down into the water and came up declaring Jesus is Lord. Heaven rejoiced over every one of them (Luke 15:10). And that is a single weekend in a single city — fruit grown in the soil of twelve years of ordinary Tuesdays and Thursdays on the street, when nobody was watching.
From a mustard seed
“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.”
Matthew 13:31–32 (NIV)

One mission, many doors
“I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some.”
1 Corinthians 9:22 (NIV)
Paul did not have one method. He had one message and every door he could find. That is the shape of this ministry: some people will meet Jesus on a street corner, some at a festival with their kids on a bouncy castle, some on their knees praying for their nation, and some through a brand that shows up in the gym, on the field and in the culture they already live in. Every door leads to the same Saviour.

→Why culture matters: SIX33
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Matthew 6:33 (NIV)
Most people will never walk into a church service or stop on a street corner. But they will wear a shirt, follow an athlete, chase a goal, and look for something worth giving their life to. SIX33 exists to meet them there — a lifestyle and performance-culture brand with its roots in the Seek First brand of 2014, built on one verse and one conviction: when you seek the Kingdom first, everything else finds its place.
Culture is a mission field. The things a generation wears, watches and admires shape what it believes is possible. SIX33 is a way to put the Kingdom in the middle of that conversation, unashamedly. It is launching soon — get on the list at SIX33.World.
What your partnership actually does
Daniel and Katie serve with e3 Canada, whose focus is equipping believers to evangelise and establish multiplying churches. Partnership through e3 is what turns the vision above from something that happens when there's time into something that happens every week:
- Evangelists stay in the field. Monthly partners let Daniel and Katie plan in years instead of weeks — more nights on the street, more teams trained, more cities reached.
- Churches get equipped. Every congregation trained to share its faith becomes a sending base of its own. That is how one city becomes many.
- Gatherings happen. Festivals, prayer nights and outreaches are where crowds hear the Gospel at once — and where new believers take their first step.
- New believers get followed up. A decision is a beginning. Discipleship is what turns a moment at a festival into a lifetime of following Jesus.
“Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account.”
Philippians 4:17 (NIV)
Paul's view of partnership was simple: the fruit is shared. Every person who says yes on a street you never walked, at a festival you never attended, is credited to the account of everyone who prayed and gave to make it possible.
Six ways to step into the harvest
- Pray daily. For Daniel, Katie and the teams by name — and for Canada with God Heal Our Land.
- Partner monthly. Any amount, every month, through the e3 Canada staff page. It is the single most practical way to keep labourers in the field.
- Join a city group. Find one of the 12 at LoveonTheWorld.com — or start one where you live.
- Bring your church. Invite Daniel and Katie to equip your congregation through KD-Ziedins.com.
- Come to the festival. Bring a neighbour to the next Jesus Festival.
- Carry it into culture. Get on the SIX33 list, and wear the Kingdom where you live, work and train.
The multitude no one could count
“After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.”
Revelation 7:9 (NIV)
That is where all of this is going. Not a bigger ministry, a better brand or a busier calendar — a throne room full of people from every nation, Hamilton and Moncton and the 36 nations on the prayer list among them, who are there because someone went, someone prayed, and someone gave.
Twelve years ago it was two people and a question. Today it is teams, cities, festivals and a nation in prayer. Tomorrow it is up to all of us. Plunder hell. Populate heaven. Let's bring in the harvest together — in Jesus' name. Start at KD-Ziedins.com.
